Big Day At The Lake
CONCORD, NC – July 10, 2012 – A sun-drenched day of boating and swimming on Lake Norman is a typical way to spend the weekend for many in the greater Charlotte region. What some may not realize is that a day on the lake is a privilege that many children have never experienced, and never even had the opportunity to enjoy. Big Brothers/Big Sisters (BBBS) and ACN understand this and have joined forces for the 8th annual Big Day At The Lake event, a day filled with boating, swimming, and fun for children who usually do not have the opportunity to do so.
